Regular Equipment Maintenance: Periodically inspect and maintain the laser cutting machine, including cleaning lenses, calibrating the optical path, and checking nozzles and lenses for blockages or contamination.

Selecting Appropriate Materials: Ensure that the thickness and type of the selected material are suitable for the processing capabilities of the current equipment. Thicker materials may require a higher-power laser.

Material Pretreatment: For materials with oil contamination or oxide layers on the surface, cleaning or grinding can be performed first to improve cutting results.

Reasonable Parameter Settings: Based on the thickness, material, and cutting requirements of the steel, set the laser power, cutting speed, focus position, and other parameters reasonably.
