PRODUCT INSPECTION

We use the top grade alloy steel, carbon steel & stainless steel as raw material, all the raw materials need to be went through the ultrasonic flaw detection, chemical composition analysis, spectroscopic analysis, mechanical property test and spark discrimination detecting. Before packaging step, our quality control staff will randomly inspect every batch of products include measurement of each size, quantity of each order, surface condition etc.

Packaging and Shipping

Machining steel parts will be packaged according to standard export packing or customer's requirements. Guarantee delivery time and shipping on time.
