Some details of steel plate cutting process

In the process of automatic steel plate cutting, when the steel plate is hoisted to the gas cutting platform, the distance difference between the two ends of one side of the steel plate and the guide rail shall be adjusted within 5mm. During semi-automatic cutting, the guide rail shall be placed on the plane of the steel plate to be cut, and then the cutter shall be placed on the guide rail gently. Make the side with the cutting torch face the operator, select the cutting nozzle according to the thickness of the steel plate, and adjust the cutting straightness and cutting speed.

According to the difference of automatic steel plate cutting and semi-automatic cutting mode, adjust the distance of each cutting gun, determine the amount of drag behind, and consider the cutting seam compensation; in the cutting process, the size and direction of the angle of the cutting gun mainly depends on the thickness of the steel plate.
