What are the preparations for steel plate cutting?

1. The steel plate used for cutting and blanking shall be inspected and accepted by the quality department, and its indicators shall meet the corresponding provisions of the specification.

2. Before blanking, the steel plate shall be inspected for its grade, thickness and surface quality. If the corrosion point depth on the steel surface exceeds the negative deviation of the standard, it is not allowed to use. Small area pitting can be welded and polished until it is qualified without reducing the design thickness.

3. During blanking, the steel plate grade, specification and surface quality must be checked, and blanking can only be conducted after confirmation.
