Three common cutting methods of steel cutting

In the field of steel processing application, the choice of cutting method depends on the type, thickness and quantity of steel to be cut, as well as the cutting quality you need. In fact, the current mainstream steel cutting processes have their own characteristics in cutting thickness, cutting accuracy, metallurgical performance, production efficiency and so on. Three common cutting methods are flame cutting, plasma cutting and laser cutting.

Compared with the three cutting methods:
1. In terms of speed, plasma cutting and laser cutting are faster, and flame cutting is slower.
2. In terms of cost, flame cutting machine costs the least, while plasma cutting machine and laser cutting machine costs more.
3. In terms of steel cutting quality, the order is laser, plasma and flame cutting.
