Flame cutting

Flame cutting equipment is low cost and it is the only economical means of cutting thick metal sheets, but there are deficiencies in thin sheet cutting. Compared with plasma, the heat-affected zone of flame cutting is much larger and the thermal deformation is larger. In order to cut accurately and effectively, the operator needs to have superb technology to avoid the thermal deformation of the metal plate in the cutting process.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting equipment can cut stainless steel below 4mm. Add oxygen to the laser beam to cut 20mm thick carbon steel, but after oxygen cutting, it will form a thin oxide film on the cutting surface. The maximum thickness of the cut can be increased to 20mm, but the size of the cutting part is larger. The price of laser cutting equipment is quite expensive, and it is about 1.5 million.

Wire cutting

Wire EDM is referred as wire cutting. It is developed on the basis of EDM punching and forming processing. It is not only enabled the development of EDM applications, but also has replaced EDM punching and forming processing in some aspects. Today, wire-cutting machine tools account for more than half of EDM machines.

Shears

Shears are used to move the upper blade and the fixed lower blade, and using a reasonable blade gap force a variety of thickness of the metal plate, so that the size of the plate fractured and separated according to the required size. Shearing machine is a kind of forging machinery, the main role is the metal processing industry.

Plasma cutting machine

Plasma cutting is a processing method that utilizes the heat of a high-temperature plasma arc to partially or partially melt (and vaporize) the metal at the notch of the work piece and remove the molten metal by the momentum of the high-speed plasma to form the notch.

Ultra high pressure water cutting

Ultra-high pressure water cutting, also known as water jets and water jets. It is a high-energy (380 MPa) stream of ordinary water after multi-stage pressurization, and then passed through a very fine ruby nozzle (Φ0.1-0.35 mm). The jet cutting is performed at a speed of nearly a kilometer per second. This cutting method is called ultra-high pressure water cutting.
