The influence of cutting direction: the correct cutting direction should be that the last cutting edge is separated from the main plate. If the separation is too early, the thermal deformation stress will appear in carbon steel cutting, resulting in the displacement of the cutting parts, resulting in dimensional deviation.

Selection of ignition point: the most ideal ignition point is in the middle of the cutting seam outside the steel plate edge. If the distance is too large, the steel plate will be perforated, which will easily block the cutting nozzle and cause tempering; if the distance is too small, the carbon steel parts that have been cut will be damaged and scrapped.
